When you enter the Giveaway, we collect:

• Your email address (required to enter)
• Your first name (if provided)
• Information about how you entered (direct entry, referral link, or bonus action)
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device, collected automatically when you visit the entry page

If you are selected as a winner, we will additionally collect your full legal name, U.S. shipping address, jersey size and team preference, and confirmation of your age (18+).

We use the information you provide to:

• Administer the Giveaway, including selecting and notifying winners
• Ship prizes to verified winners
• Send marketing communications about Jersey Givers content, promotions, and future giveaways
• Detect and prevent fraud, duplicate entries, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers we use to operate the Giveaway and our email list (such as our giveaway platform, email marketing platform, and shipping carriers)
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law
• Successors in interest if Jersey Givers is acquired or merged

We retain entry information for as long as needed to administer the Giveaway and comply with legal requirements. If you unsubscribe from our email list, we will retain a record of your opt-out so we can honor your request.
