Official Rules

Both promotions described in these Official Rules are sponsored by Jersey Givers LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 865 East Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85223. Neither promotion is in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, the NBA, any NBA team, or any other social media platform.

Both promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and households are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

The Weekly Drawing runs continuously. Each weekly entry period begins Monday at 12:01 PM ET and ends the following Monday at 11:59 AM ET. Entries received after a weekly entry period closes will roll into the next week’s drawing. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

To enter the Weekly Drawing, visit nba.jerseygivers.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per weekly entry period. Bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions listed on the entry page (such as referring friends, following on social media, or sharing the Giveaway). Use of any automated system, bot, script, or multiple email addresses to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

One (1) winner will be selected per week. Each winner will receive one (1) NBA jersey of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and a maximum approximate retail value (ARV) of ninety U.S. dollars ($90.00 USD). Jersey selection is limited to standard NBA team replica jerseys; throwback, authentic on-court, custom-stitched, autographed, or limited-edition jerseys may not be available and are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sizing is subject to manufacturer availability.

No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each week, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that weekly entry period. The drawing will take place every Monday at approximately 12:00 PM ET. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.

The weekly winner will be notified by email sent to the address provided at entry within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing.

If the winner does not respond within the 48-hour claim window, fails to provide the required information, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion from the remaining eligible entries. After two (2) unsuccessful attempts to award the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to leave the prize unawarded for that week.

The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release before the prize is shipped. Failure to return required documents within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture.

The weekly prize will be shipped to the winner’s verified U.S. shipping address within thirty (30) days of receipt of all required claim information and signed documents. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered after they have been shipped. Sponsor will not reship prizes to alternate addresses after shipping has occurred.

The Annual Legacy Giveaway is a separate, points-based, leaderboard-style promotion that operates on annual cycles. The first competition cycle (the “2026–2027 Cycle”) begins May 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends April 11, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. Each subsequent annual cycle begins on the day immediately following the previous cycle’s end and ends approximately one (1) year later, on a date selected by Sponsor in advance to fall on or before the day immediately preceding the start of the NBA Playoffs (typically the second Sunday of April). Sponsor will publish the start and end dates of each annual cycle on the Giveaway entry page no later than thirty (30) days after the previous cycle’s conclusion.

To enter the Annual Legacy Giveaway, an eligible person must (a) opt in to the Giveaway at nba.jerseygivers.com/giveaway with a valid email address and (b) complete the official Giveaway intake survey delivered to that email address (the “Survey”).

Once the Survey is completed, the participant will earn points for qualifying actions in accordance with the point values published on the Giveaway entry and share pages, which may include (without limitation) email sign-ups by referred friends, social shares, and other custom actions designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to add, remove, or adjust point values for qualifying actions during a cycle, with notice posted on the entry page. Use of any automated system, bot, script, multiple email addresses, or other fraudulent means to inflate points is prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all accrued points.

At the conclusion of each annual cycle, the ten (10) participants with the highest points totals will receive prizes according to the tiers below. ARV figures listed are approximate retail values in U.S. dollars and are estimated by Sponsor in good faith; actual values may vary based on availability, season, and selections made by winners. No cash substitution is permitted unless specifically offered as a winner-elected option below. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

At the conclusion of each annual cycle, Sponsor will rank all eligible participants by total points accumulated during the cycle. The ten (10) participants with the highest point totals, in descending order, will be designated the Top 10 Winners and will receive the prizes corresponding to their finishing position as set out in Section 11. In the event of a tie at any position, the tie will be broken in favor of the participant who reached the tied point total first (based on Sponsor’s internal timestamp records). If a tie remains unbroken, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among the tied participants to determine final placement.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose points were earned through fraudulent, automated, or otherwise rule-violating means, and to re-rank the leaderboard accordingly.

Each Top 10 Winner will be notified by email sent to the address on file within seven (7) days of the cycle’s conclusion.

If a winner does not respond within the 72-hour claim window, fails to provide the required information, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the next-highest-ranked eligible participant.

Each Top 10 Winner will additionally be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, (where lawful) Publicity Release, and (where applicable) IRS Form W-9, as further described in Section 15. Failure to return all required documents within seven (7) days of receipt will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Cash prizes will be issued by check or electronic transfer within forty-five (45) days of receipt by Sponsor of all required claim information, signed documents, and (where applicable) a completed IRS Form W-9. Physical merchandise prizes will be shipped within forty-five (45) days of the same. Travel-based prizes (NBA Finals trip, NBA Premium Experience, and any travel components of Mid-Tier prize selections) must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the cycle’s conclusion or are forfeited; specific dates and itineraries are subject to availability and must be coordinated through Sponsor or its designated travel partner. Game tickets are subject to NBA scheduling, ticket availability, and any restrictions imposed by the NBA, individual teams, or venues.

Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered after shipment, nor for travel cancellations, weather, or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes awarded under the Annual Legacy Giveaway — including but not limited to income tax, self-employment tax, and any applicable excise, sales, or use taxes — are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or successor form) to any winner whose prize value, alone or in aggregate, meets or exceeds the IRS reporting threshold in the calendar year in which the prize is awarded, and will report the prize value to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and applicable state tax authorities as required by law.

Failure to provide a completed and accurate IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s request will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the next-highest-ranked eligible participant. Winners are strongly advised to consult their own tax professionals regarding the tax treatment of prizes.

Where required by federal or state law, Sponsor may also withhold a portion of any cash prize for tax purposes prior to disbursement.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify either promotion, or any individual entry period or annual cycle, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry or points-accrual process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to either promotion.

By accepting a prize under either promotion, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering either promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and assigns from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with either promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to travel-related incidents in connection with travel-based prizes.

Information submitted in connection with either promotion will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement. By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor and may opt out at any time.

Both promotions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to either promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
